Best to not get involved and keep yourself occupied. If it still bothers you excuse yourself from the environment.

I always try to take a deep breath and think about the situation and decide is this really important enough to allow myself to get upset over and it's usually not but if it is then I have to ask myself how can I best address this with out embarrassing myself and with doing the absolute least amount of damage to the people involved because if the situation is irritating to me it is probably irritating to them as well and the goal is to try and get some type of solution without further irritating anyone else or myself.

I stay quiet.. Especially if I feel that the other person can't understand my situation at that particular time. And it does work everytime otherwise I chose an other option that is to write my thoughts.. Whenever i feel irritated by something I write it down that how i should have handled it or why I cannot and read it afterwards and then I am able to see that no my reaction would have not made much sense or change in that situation
. My advice to ya all is the same.. Try to keep quiet.. Listen to ur favourite songs.. Or search for quotes on net this one also works.. When u search something like that ur time gets engaged and i are distracted. And second is write down your thoughts simple..
