"Live life in the moment and view each moment simply as a moment a point in time. In this moment we have a choice on what we're going to be and how we're going to react accordingly and be the person we want to truly be.”

if something doesn't kill you, then it is given to make you stronger. Death is not the end of a problem, deal with life, deal with problems, remember no problem is permanent. It breaks you and then it starts building you again.

You only have one chance at life, I believe. So, you better maximize what nature has given to you. I used to wonder what the point was as well, until I figured this out. Now, I'm trying to do as much as I can before I die. It may not mean anything in the end, but I don't want to be on my death bed wondering what could have happened. all the best !! :)

Instead of thinking about the future, or the past, think about the present. Whenever you catch yourself swimming in the shadowy depths of death, just think of the present moment, and what you could do right then to make it as good as it could be. Whether it be simply sitting up straight and breathing deeply, or lounging on the couch and having a "treat yourself" moment. Any type of healthy change is a good idea.

Death is not the answer. It is not cowardly to think like this. We all go through suicidal phases. But death may mean missing out on all the beautiful things that are yet to come further in life. Its just about holding on and drawing strength from the line-'This too shall pass.'
