Think about the things that can make you happy. Make a list of those things. I know it's not very easy, but please try. Try to read that list everyday, post it on the wall of your room or anywhere you want. Sometimes, you may get tired of the list because you read it everyday, but try to hold on to hope and try to take it step by step. It doesn't matter if you're doing a slow pace or not... Just keep going. Nobody's gonna tell you it's taking you slow. What matters is that you keep going.

This is the toughest for me and trying to learn how to reduce and eventually get rid of it. Good health, good network, good food and clean and healthy place to leave has big impact. They do offer comfort, however, they keep us engaged either in maintaining them or enjoing them. Next thing is the meditation and mindfulness. These two are helping me living in present and reducing fortune telling and imagination which most likely never happens. Yet another one is, if the first two are covered then becoming productive and checking self often helps feeling of accomplishments. Even a small task done makes me feel accomplish and temprorily gives relief from negative thinking. There are any, one has to identify which one will work and ready to improve upong negative thoughts. Thoughs are imagination on real!

I'm not sure if we can ever completely prevent negative thinking. But there are skills we can learn to help us when the negative thoughts do come around. Sometimes we may be able to stop the thoughts before they snowball, or we can lessen their effects if they do make their way in. It takes a lot of practice to retrain our automatic thought processes. Breathing exercises, meditation, and grounding skills are all great tools to try. There are many resources like articles and videos for learning more about these. 7 Cups also offers many self-help guides with this info. Try these and find what works best for you!

By thinking all the good things I have. Such as family. They're your great supporters. And all your friends, somebody who stands by you. I think all about the blessings from God. If I had bad times, yes, I'll be really piss off but when my mood is coming back to normal, I'll try to think that happened for a reason. Maybe I have to learn something. I will find the answer at the right time. And I'm trying to do the best I can to people around me. That way, I hope my life becomes harmony and finally gain the peace of mind.

I recommend you to write in a notebook or somewhere easy to see some motivate quotes and when those negative thoughts come to your mind, read them. You can do the same with music, create your own playlist of songs that make you smile and every time you start to feel sad you have to listen to them. You have to remind yourself of the reasons you have to be happy and value all the little things that make you smile in a day. You have to be conscious that you are the only one who has the power to control your mind and your thoughts. And every time you have a bad thought you have to ask yourself how much it really matters to be worried about.

Couple of things to bear in mind about way of thinking is that you can not feel good by thinking bad thoughts. Negative thinking leads to negative feelings. and vice versa. To feel good or better than you wish now is to switch negative thoughts with good ones. Erase the 'no' word and change the word, for example from 'what if it does not work?' become 'what if it works?' Like a camera works: Focus on what is important by capture the good times develops from negatives. And if it does not work out, take another shot! you always can try again.

You can't always prevent it, but you can learn how to respond to it better. To understand that negative thoughts aren't based on truth, to step back and see the good things in addition to the bad things. These thoughts are based on feelings, and those can change. Nobody can have positive thoughts all the time, but negative thoughts can't control you unless you allow them to. You have the power to act on them, or disbelieve them. They may seem like they are truth, but they are just a belief, just a thought, just a feeling.

Love to love yourself, even if others destroyed your self confidence or you are overwhelmed. Remember the few moments of succes in your life, the smile of a friend, something you used to like, even if negative thoughts and moments are overwhelming, focusing on good ones helps. Breathing helps, people and friends help, a laugh and a joke helps too. You can also prevent negative thinking by anticipation and self control and calm. You might try to anticipate how a situation or a person might lead you into negative thinking and prepare for it. In general just tgink that "negative" is bad for you and others even though in medical termsit is a good news😉🤗😊

In my opinion, it is not possible for a person to be positive all the time. Negative things are just as much a part of life as positive things are. It might help to start with identifying negative thoughts, and then voluntarily choosing not to let them control you. It might seem very hard, but if you try, you can get into the habit of not letting negative thoughts affect your physical/mental/emotional health in a very bad manner. On a more practical level, it is necessary to stay physically active. The more productive you are, the lesser chances you will have to go into that vicious spiral of thoughts that accompany negative thinking.

I understand it can be really difficult to prevent negative thinking, but there are many ways to prevent it. First of all, it's a good idea to say good things about yourself. What we think in our minds will eventually become what we believe. That's why it's important to tell good stuff about yourself! For instance, remind to yourself something that you did good! Moreover, once you start thinking negatively, try to distract yourself. It's like a trap! Try to watch a funny video, movie, talk to someone you trust about what's bothering you, go for a walk, take a hot bath and do some self-care.
