People express themselves differently..We are all different and have different triggers..Don't be too hard on yourself on the things that triggers you, instead figure out why these things triggers you and deal with that 1st..It goes a long way to deal with the base issue..

You don't need a reason to feel angry or sad, or happy. Feelings are usually coming from a thought. A thought comes from your mind Your mind is your creation: the very particular way you see reality. Nobody else sees reality the same exact way you do. BE PATIENT with yourself. Your mind is trying to tell you something by making you feel angry. What is that your mind is angry about? Do you feel angry when you thing about particular things/aspects in your life? What is that your mind says " I am not capable of..." or " They make me feel this...:".. is there any pattern?
