How do I keep myself from doubting myself too much?

Self-doubt can be really difficult to get over. It often stems from a lack of self-confidence. One way that you can start trying to improve your self-confidence is trying to think every day of one thing you've done that you're proud of, or one thing you like about yourself. It'll feel hard at first, but hopefully it will eventually get easier. Once that feels ok, move on to two things, then three, and so on. This should hopefully improve your self-confidence, and then you should start to doubt yourself less :) self-doubt is natural though, and though you can't easily stop yourself from doubting yourself too much, you can stop yourself from giving in to these doubts. Push yourself to try things you feel doubtful in. Some will pay off, some won't, but then at least you've tried.

focus on your goal at hand, push forward and keep going until your reach that goal... once you reach it set another higher goal and reach that. Keep going. Keep your mind occupied.

What helps me is reminding myself that we all had to start somewhere and work our way up. No matter the challenge every single person had to make mistakes to learn. When I am hesitant to act due to my doubts about myself I just think "If I mess up it will just be another lesson learned."

look in the mirror, find beautiful parts on yourself. And we ALL have them. After this, search on the inside. In what are you good? It might be just listening to others, or something. Love the little details about you. On the outside and the Inside!
