Keep a diary of what you were doing/how you felt when you experience sudden mood swings. That way it might get recognizable for you at what moments you experience mood swings the most and you might be able to prevent them or at least see them coming and hopefully better handle them.

The best way to deal with frequent mood swings is to try and be honest with yourself. When I took a step back and realized...woah my moods really do swing like crazy and I don't like that about myself I tried to write down when I began to feel they were swinging to learn the warning signs. When I learned what my "triggers" were and what were the early signs of manic and anger and sadness I could notice them and then removed myself from a situation or take some time to really care for myself and help get my moods back under control.

Mood swing becasue you are constanly unhappy in life.
One of the most happiness in life is : study hard, work hard to earn money.
Use the money to travel abroad, experience many things.

Well, first thing is to recognize when you're having mood swings, then calm down take a step back and take a look at your current situation. Ask yourself questions "What's making me snap?, Is it fatigue?, Is it stress?, ect." And, if you don't know talk to someone, or consult a doctor.

Keep a mood journal so you can track and monitor your emotions. Write out or express yourself creatively and be sure to do plenty of venting. Bottling things up will make you unstable, it's important to seek help and understand your situation.

Writing your feelings down in a journal or blog of some sort can help you monitor the possible triggers to why these mood swings occur, and from there you can think of a plan that helps you reduce these triggers or remove them completely.
