Feelings can be expressed also in images, movements. Images doesnt have to be full realistic drawing - they maybe just some shape and color. Drawing is also a kind of movement. And we can move further - just stand in the center of a roo and be there. your thoughts would wander - just brin them back. it doesn't matter. you can notice that you start swinging, or trembling or you want to be in a certain pose. do that, allow it to happen. sometimes music can help but it's hard to choose something that won't dictate your movements. One thing that springs to mind is tibetan bowls.
and back to rational thinking - try to analyze feelings of people that are around you. write that down ,and note some feelings and states of mind of others, that resonate the most in you. If your body responds to that - there are chances that you also have that feelings. they are just more visible and ore easily verbalized while watching others...

Dealing with emotions can be difficult especially if you are unsure where they stem from. Try to trace the feeling back to when you first felt it and see if you can determine what caused it. You can do this all by yourself and you do not need to speak with anyone. I find that by doing this by myself, I feel more confident when talking to someone about the feelings at a later time.

If you cannot express it through words, show it through your actions. It does not have to be a big one, simple ones can also be ways of expressing your feelings. You can also draw, sing, or even find a movie that can help you understand what you are actually feeling. Be observant. Maybe there are hints around you.

Find a new hobby that is expressive. I find that painting, for example, really helps me because colors help me express what I'm not able to verbally express often. Then I feel one billion times better after I've finished a painting. So perhaps you should try something new! :D

Write out exactly your experience at the moment. Describe anything you possibly can describing if you are crying or if your hands are in a fist. Describe anything about what's going and and soon the words you feel will come to you.
