How can I deal with feelings I can't find words to express?

There are many different ways... I find a few things work best for me... I play many instruments so I will write a song on the piano with no words, that way if I am feeling upset or something I can play loudly and with a lot of sad, minor chords! Something else that I love to do is called "freewriting"! I learned this in college and I really enjoy it. So what you do is set a timer for an allotted time, like 5 mins, and you do nothing but write. You write whatever pops into your heard, even if you can't think of anything, you serisouly write "and now I am drawing a blank and I don't know what to talk about... " and continue on. This helps because there are hidden things that you had no idea you were feeling or feeling about until after you reread it. One last thing I would suggest is drawing, whether you are good or bad at art, draw that past few days out in detail on a piece of paper then have fun and color it. This is helpful for getting ideas out, but also is a relaxing activity!
Hope these help! "\ml/"

start with acknowledging it first, don't try to ignore and let the feelings come. slowly, you will know what the feelings want, if its love, maybe you have to deal it by confessing your love. you know you deal it with the right ways, when you feel yourself at ease

Try writting the words instead of speaking out loud. The brain still acts like you are speaking even if you are not because the words you write are how you feel. Music helps as well listening to music that you relate with and think of the reasons why you can.

Express it in other ways - art, writing, music, drama, movie etc. You can destroy something, or create. DIY or upcycle, whatever you do - make sure it is something you love, and something truly expressive

Human inteligence manifests itself in many different ways, words being just one of them. Dancing, exercising, singing, painting, drawing are some of the many paths you can express what goes on in your head. Although that doesnt directly help you express them in WORDS, know that all these altenatives use the same regions of your mind. Express yourself in ANY way you feel its the best, and your head should eventually, from all this exercising, find the best way to eventually transform it in the words you are looking for!

Write down the emotions you feel at that moment. Then look back and think when you began to feel that way. Did something trigger it? Maybe reflect on the day and the emotions that you felt towards specific events.

I like to write about feelings, I know you don't think you can find the words but any word that pops into your head, right down. Maybe review them after you are done to try and resolve them, or if they are negative and destructive, literally tear them apart or put them into the trash

To be frank, there are a lot of feelings that cannot be expressed with words. Not when you first begin to feel them, at least. You can try to describe that feeling in other ways. Such as painting, drawing, or anything that you can express with emotion. You can even look into blogging. Pictures and gifs, if you will, can often describe something that other things cannot. Also, you could try writing. A poem about how you feel, even though you cannot express that feeling. Any of these methods can help you express your feelings and, at times, help you find out what that feeling is.
