If you can't find words to express your feelings, turn it into something you like to do. For example, art. Paint a picture that represents your feelings. Or sports. If you're angry or upset or worried, take those emotions out on your sport and you'll preform better.

A method of dealing with feelings I'm uncertain of how to express is through buying an empty lined book and writing down every thing I think and feel in such a time of confusion. This for me I find incredibly therapeutic.
