How can I deal with feelings I can't find words to express?

There are a few ways other than verbalising feelings in which you can deal with feelings. You may find it helpful to do something physical such as sport to express emotions. You could try something more creative as well, feelings can be converted into art, photography or music.

I find painting or even dancing out the feelings as good means of expression. Also, taking a walk in nature never hurts.

Take some time to think about what you are actually feeling, and work on it. If you still cannot figure it out, think about when it occurs and slowly you will be able to find words.

Trying different relieving activities can help you express feelings you have never experienced or never thought you were experience. Such as exercise can show whether you are angry or stressed depending on how much impact you put into it

some feelings are too deep to be expressed, and you can try to explain it to a person who is/was in the same situation as you. maybe she will understand because it was exactly how she felt before

Acknowledge whatever you are feeling, and let it pass over you. Try and distract yourself from the feelings and clear your mind. Once your mind is clear you may be able to think through what you were feeling and identify your emotions.

Sit down quietly in a place you are likely not to be interrupted. Go through your day in your thoughts. Thinking about what feelings you might have had during the day to certain situation that may have arisen. Take some deep breaths and think are you crying, do you feel angry. Go through the list of emotions and write them down to try and ascertain what your trigger may have been for a certain emotion and how you think your feeling.

think about the situation that makes you feel this way and start by writing down words that make you feel like this on a piece of paper and the times you feel this way then use this to form your own opinion on how you feel by writing to yourself a note about it all then you know how you feel by expressing yourself
