An individual feeling, or a human emotion, is incredibly complex. This means that trying to describe a feeling or put it into words is very limiting and restricting. Words however, can always be identified with the feelings behind them, even if it's not so obvious at first. So feelings can be hard to describe and therefore it feels like it's been run out of words, but words always have emotional and feelings behind them. For example, there's only so many ways you can describe or explain anger and it's effects. Once you did it, it's done. Words are unlimited and you can constantly be finding new meanings. Hope this was clear

Describing your feelings using words is almost impossible. Trying to tell people how much emotional, mental, psychological, (etc.) turmoil I have is very difficult because there are no amount of words in the English dictionary (or any other one for that matter) that can get my message across of how I really, truly feel deep down inside my mind, heart, and soul.
However, when it comes to words, they have so many feelings. They might not be endless or infinite, but they are many. One simple word could create, display or describe 5, 10, possibly 100, or even more, emotions and feelings, deep thoughts.
Words have no limits when it comes to creating feelings and emotions from them (that's how we get romance stories, suspense/mystery, action and adventure, etc.). However, words are very, very limited when it comes to using them to describe what you can actually physically, emotionally, mentally, and psychologically feel deep down within yourself.
