With my personal experiance I'd say yes. Anger is defiantly harder for me to control then other emotions but I suppose it depends on the person.

It depends on the person itself and not the emotion. Some people have trouble with a specific emotion and others don't.

I would say yes, and that this applicable to most everyone, but what varies is the order of difficulty; we all have different histories, memories, triggers. What's important is to be conscious of these individualised lists and make sure that we construct our lives as best as we can for ourselves, so as to better deal with them.

Yeah, the emotions like fear and guilt. The sources of this emotions are not you, but they are implemented to you from the surrounding. You have to take some psychological exercise to overcome them.

Yes, especially for something related to someone you love and care about. It does not matter how hard we try, it keeps on staying forever.

Definitely. Some emotions cause our brain to shut down, while others tend to get it overworking. With that being said...; they're definitely times when even the easiest of your emotions are hard to handle. It's all chemicals, you never know.

Yes. More intense emotions that are experienced and have a bigger affect on you are harder to control and deal with. For example, anger. Anger gets very out of control very quickly because it is experienced very intensely. Another example is feeling emotionally hurt. If you're hurt, it's not simple to just walk it off. It needs to be dealt with. And since humans are complex and experience emotions in a complex way, dealing with it is no easy task. Taking control of certain emotions can be more complicated and difficult than others like feeling offended. Hope this helps
