Yes. Negative emotions like anger, sadness, depression, etc are all harder to deal with than emotions like excitement, joy, happiness. You just need to think about the facts. Everyone has these emotions and sometimes talking to someone helps. I know talking to someone can be scary but it helps you get through these emotions a lot easier than doing it on your own.

Absolutely and I think its fair to say anger is something that can be learned to control, where as things like love, anxiety, happiness, sadness are sometimes out of our hands. Sometimes environmental, emotional, and physical factors play large roles in our emotional control but its always good to have a sense of emotional awareness above all.

Without a doubt! Some emotions are so primal and strong they can feel impossible to control. Some emotions maybe shouldn't be controlled.

Yes. Depending on your experiences, some emotions simply wither away. Like if you've been bullied for so long, you'll sometimes find that your feelings of anger disappear and you simply accept that this is what's happening to you but if you have a period of time where you're not being bullied, say 5 months for example and then you start getting bullied relentlessly, your mind can bring your memories into play and force you to feel angry as you finally realise your self-worth and that you don't have to put up with being treated badly.

Absolutely! Some emotions feel like a breeze, whereas others are extremely difficult. We are all very unique in the way we interact with the world around us as well as our inner states. For some of us, anxiety is easy to get through, whereas for others it's the hardest thing out there. Ultimately, there are just some emotions that are harder, for a multiplicity of reasons. The common factor of them all, however, is that you can get through them.

Yes. Emotion such as general sadness, excitement and anger is controllable to an extent, depending on a person. But more complex emotions such as depression, elation and rage are for the most part uncontrollable and perhaps unhealthy to suppress. It can, however, be dealt with if proper channel of letting it out is found. It varies with person to person and trying is the key.

Yes definitely. Emotions like sadness, grief, and regret are probably the hardest emotions to deal with and push away.

Absolutely. Every persons emotional DNA is unique. You may find that anger is more difficult to control, or anxiety, or a mixture of emotions are more difficult than just one. The good news is - you are curious about your emotions and have come to a great place for support.
