I do not believe one can be too emotional or too sensitive if it helps you deal with life situations. Some people don't show any emotions or seem insensitive. We all react differently, and we should not be made to feel we are "too" anything. Also, we may find times when emotions flow or emotions do not. Depends on the person and situation. I don't see it as a problem unless you feel like your emotions get out of hand, control your life or decision-making. You decide you can better manage your emotions by expressing them in other, healthy ways. Regulating emotions can help regain control in our lives and resolve issues.
