I understand. It sound more difficult than it is. Sometimes talking help other time working on self is better help. Alone time is perfect opportunity to do meditation, self care, learning new skills, developing skills to coping mechanisms. and it is the time when inner strengths kicks off when we focus. great opportunity to retreat mindulness and meditation. There are people surrounded with crowd, family and friends supporters but they find themselves alone. Not having someone listen to you isn't too bad. Talking out is a great therapy but still it depends on other. However, developing strength and not needing people for talking helps engage more friends.
