Whether your isolation is physical or mental, I believe you have to be accepting of your issues/problems in order to be more open to others. Look at the positivity of what makes you, you. Not something that hinders you from the world to share. Not everyone is going to get along with you, but that's normal. There is always people out there for you, who will appreciate your company and who you truly are. You just have to be able to accept yourself and be willing to share a little color of who you are to the world.

Human society uses some principles to just exist and work. The main one is that you have to do something in order to stop feeling so isolated from it. Try to do something spontaneous and unlike for you. Make a new friend, go to the cinema without planning it, call your relatives and just talk. You will be better, I promise.

I suggest you smile more, talk a bit more, befriend a few people. They don't have to be popular or pretty, they just need to be able to support you. A little kindness goes a long way!
