Feeling isolated is actually something that is only in our head. We can stop it by talking to other person (or to listener on 7cups of course) and go out somewhere :)

You are not alone, nobody is alone. Talk to each other, to your family, to your friends ( or 7 cups ). Talking to someone else makes you feel better.

I found that feeling isolated can be quite stressful. The way I deal with it is talking to a friend, family member, or even a school councilor. I have done all of these. What may also help, is talking to a therapist. Really talking to anyone seems to help me.

It's really hard to not feel so isolated. Sometimes you can't control it. And that's okay. One way to help is to find and make new friends online, as they can be really supportive and you can allows find someone similar to you!
