Happiness is not given to you by other people. Happiness comes from within yourself when you feel fulfilled. Great ways to feel fulfilled as a human being is to feel that you are needed and useful to other human beings. If you do not have friends or family, I suggest that you volunteer to help other people. This is a great way to get the social contact that will make you feel important. There are many ways to do this: working in a food banks, offering to help in hospitals, being a listener here. Finding positive human contact is a good way to feel happiness.

You need to know that it is easy for a person to be happy without anyone else. You need to know what you are passionate about. For example, learn music, drawing, gardening, etc. If you know that you have something interested in since you are young, but you are afraid to try, maybe you can try it too. It is very important for us to try something new because it takes us to a mysterious world. And this might make you feel different every day. escape from overthinking about the reason, maybe focus on something about yourself, will be more useful for you.

Happiness is relative, and everyone has a different way of seeing it. Having meaningful connections is important for human health, both mentally and physically. People are social beings, and need each other's support. As humans, we need purpose, meaning and support in our lives to be healthy in all aspects. Without friends or family, finding comfort and support may be difficult, but it is not impossible. There are other ways to find meaningful connections and relationships in one's life. The answer is to truly know one self, and to look inward to understand one's place, meaning, and purpose. Once that is clear, it is easy to find happiness and fulfillment in this world.

Happiness is from within. We can also feel unhappy although we may be with our loved ones. To be happy, we must feel satisfied with ourselves and our lives. We must be able to have a way to destress on our own, it is very important to step back and smell the roses every once in a while and be grateful for what we have, and take joy in life's small pleasures. It does not have to be something of a monetary cost. It could be something simple like making someone smile because you complimented them, in turn, that will also make you happy. Or doing some exercise, which is known for releasing endorphines which make one happy. It could be just spending some quiet time making a cup of tea and people watching. When we slow down and destress, and appreciate those moments, then we can find little pockets of happiness and satisfaction in our life.

It a good question. The fact that you have asked this question shows your courage and independence. You are enough if you do not have friends or family with you. What is important is happiness. You can try things which make you happy. If you are religious then you can find happiness in God. What makes you happy? Some people find happiness in helping others. Some people find happiness in health. Some in adventure, learning new things, being postive and so on. But in order to live life happily, you would need courage. As for someone who has no family, and a very few friends. I find myself valuing the quality of the people I keep in life over how many people I can have in my life. What is important for introverts is to explore your own self and discover passions that can help being you to communities whether they are online groups or social groups. The older you get, the more you realize life is not about being the most popular but about making and exploring life how you want it to be. You got this, don't worry too much about making a lot of friends and just focus on making some really strong friendships.

Finding self love is very important. if you can find love within yourself and be positive then your outlook on life will be more positive. Stay busy find a hobby that you enjoy and activities like hiking, biking, and arts. focus on yourself before others to find your happiness. I know its hard when you feel that you are lonely without friends or family but the happiness begins with in yourself. once you find your inner happiness and your new interest maybe you may find new friends along the way. Happiness can be found in so many ways it could include small things such as being able to help others and be a reason for someone to smile, for such acts could be fulfilling to our souls and makes us an individual with a purpose.
Other than that, happiness could also be found in the different things that excite us and things that we are genuinely passionate about whether it be through singing, painting, etc.
In conclusion, happiness is indefinite, it is up to us as an individual to define happiness considering the fact that we are all different which means that what makes other people happy is different from what makes you happy.

Learn and practise a hobby. Also appreciate nature, wildlife, and your environment. I’ve found walking in my local park helps to ease my emotions and appreciate life beyond my lack of friends and family. I also go swimming and eat healthy to improve myself. Volunteering is also a great way to feel happy, online or in person. I’ve started volunteering at a charity shop and it is very rewarding knowing I’m helping those in need. Whilst I’m volunteering I like to make small talk with strangers and try to make a lasting positive impact to those who visit the shop.
