I don't know my sexual orientation. I think I am overthinking. Am I?

Just like @AnaRavenLullaby said, it is completely normal to question your sexuality. Further, sexuality is something that by nature is highly complex - and can therefore be super confusing as well - so it makes sense that one would tend to spend a lot of time thinking about it! For many people in the LGBTQ+ community, it may even take years for them to figure out where they belong and what label, if any, they click with. So don't feel the need to rush and definitely don't feel like you are overthinking it. Take your time, try out different labels, and see what feels best for you. Best of luck :)

It's totally normal to question your sexuality. And It's okay to feel confused about it. There are people that change their sexual orientation after some time and that's also okay. :) Take your time.

I do not think you need to rush the things. Take your time. Whether you are a teenager or an adult, it does not matter, you can always rethink this question in your life, and always change it again. Sometimes exploring and trying out thighs can help you to become clear about this question. Having sexual thoughts and feelings is a normal, healthy part of human life. This is true regardless of which sex you are attracted to. It takes time to find out who we are sexually and to understand our gender identity and orientation, just as it takes time to find out about other areas of our lives.
Maybe, you need to try to explore yourself with both sexes, woman and man, and then in time you will see with whom you feel more comfortable. Maybe you will find out that you feel comfortable with both sexes and you want to be bisexual. But do not get confused with your desires. Sounds like you are confused and you think about that a lot. I understand that we all want to be clear about ourselves and our choices, but sometimes you need to take your time to think about such questions, and time to explore yourself!
