I ignore them completely because there is no other way. I can't go around and asking people not to judge me. They are going to judge me no matter what I do, so the only way I know is ignore them. After that, you will realize that when we stop care, they will stop on their own because no matter what, it doesn't affect us anyway. It's not a fun game for them anymore.

Constantly thinking about how other people view you is something that is completely normal and you should understand this before you start worrying about it too much. This plays a big part in anxiety however you shouldn't have to worry about these things, if there is a specific thing that you believe these people are judging you for then maybe ask yourself why they would judge you for it. most of the time people judge others on something that they are personally jealous of or something that they do not have themselves. If you feel somebody is judging you then maybe there is something you can do when you recognise the way it makes you feel, something more positive and distracting.
