A lot of my transgendered peers have talked about feeling wrong in their own bodies. Looking weird in clothes typically associated with their sex (Women uncomfortable in dresses/ skirts and men uncomfortable in baggy jeans and polos).

When your outside doesn't fit your inside. When you look at yourself in the mirror and you see someone that is completely different. You get the uneasy feeling in your stomach when people use the wrong pronouns, the sound of your birthname makes you sick, and wearing clothes of the other gender make you the most comfortable. You don't feel like you're YOU.

You feel dyhshoria in your own body. Your gender doesn't match your birth sex. You want to be the opposite gender. If you were trans, you would want to be someone else

Most transgender people know that they are transgender from a young age and will mainly know because they don't feel comfortable in their skin as the gender they are now.

You'll know your transgendered if you don't feel like the gender you were born as. You won't feel like the typical girl or boy you're born as. But it's different for everyone and that's okay too.

If you feel that there is something in your body and personality that belongs to the gender that you were born with that doesn't allowed you to feel who you really are.

well a transgender person is someone that is born wiht a set of genital organs and identifies as the opposit gender atribuited to those organs. simplifying your body is of a girl and you feel like a boy and identify as one and want to be one with all the male characteristics and the same for the opposite sex. you can have a male body and feel like a girl want to be a girl and thats pretty much how you know, so if you are with doubts start with asking yourself if the body you are on fits iwth the way you are inside and then see if its aobut gender identity adn not body issues. thats a good start

If you don't entirely feel as if your physical gender matches your gender identity, then you may well be transgender.
