I'm so sorry for your loss. Grief comes in stages though, often the initial stage is denial and that initial shock of losing someone. You aren't alone experiencing this. Losing anyone close can be such a hard experience for everyone, and we all have different ways of processing such. It is shocking, confusing, saddening, frustrating and right about every other feeling anyone who goes through such is feeling. Here's the thing though ~ it is valid to feel as you do. You are allowed your time to bring yourself to the current time and to acknowledge the loss, then slowly moving towards accepting and processing your grief. You are aallowed to be at your pace with this. And you never have to be alone while grieving, please feel free to reach out to a support around you, or ofcourse at all times, 7 cups listeners and the chatrooms are here to support you and keep you company as you deal with the loss. It helps to be gentle and kind towards yourself while grieving. Sending lots and lots love and strength your way. â¤
