grief has really made me loose interest in things I used to love ..but do you think it’s wise to push past and carry on or shit it down and start something new?

I say push past and carry on, but why not also create something new while your pushing past and carrying on. Never know, grief can make a person find new interests all the time even interests you never gave a thought about. So always try many things while for sure pushing through.
I've not been able to cry for a very long time, and I really need to. Is there a method to induce crying and letting it all out ?
