It can be draining to think about telling someone how we feel because we are concerned about the response. It's really hard to be vulnerable, when everything in the world is telling us we must be strong. And if we're doing well, there's something of the world that tells us we shouldn't be as happy as we are. With the world, there's no winning. But talking to a good friend, or even to yourself (we should all be our own best friend), you'll find the whether the day is good or bad, there's someone who is always in your corner, either crying or celebrating with you.

Maybe because we're very concerned and worried with how they'd react or respond once you've told them about what you feel. It's never easy to tell people and be honest with what you're feeling. We have these suppressed feelings that we always keep to ourselves because we don't want people to know about it. We believe that we have no right to feel this way because other people might be struggling worse than we do.

I think I might be schizophrenic, but I'm afraid if I bring my concerns to a doctor, they'll tell me there's nothing wrong even if there is, because I already think I have it. What do I do?
