The whole world is facing uncertainty right now, and the future might seem uncertain as well. Stressing about the future, especially during these times, is completely normal. People tend to put so much pressure on having the perfect future, but it's very hard to control what happens in the future. By taking care of your present self, you will set yourself up better in the long run as you will be in a better state of mind to deal with your future situations.
