Yes! There are only a few people I know who don't do it regularly but everyone else is a procrastinator. As long as you get everything done on time and it does not cause you problems then it should be fine. For me, my mind would be working on the task when I'm procrastinating so I would be watching a show and the structure of the paper for example would be forming in my mind, and then when I feel ready I start working on the task. Everyone has a different method of how they prepare themselves to do something so it procrastinating is yours, learn how it works for you and make it your strength or find a way to work around it.

Yes, most people do it because they don't want to deal with the amount of work they have to do on top of other things they try to manage

Procrastinating is actually a path to avoid doing something. If you want to do maybe some homework, you're not going to procrastinate because you want to do it. So procrastinating is normal when you're not motivated enough to do what you have to do. Try to be more motivated, take your time and make sure to be in a work-friendly place

It's very normal to procastinate, everyone does it from time to time, only some people do it more than others. If it's affecting work or school then it's a good idea to seek some help for it, this can be through something like group study.

Is it normal? Absolutely. But what is the reason for procrastinating? People procrastinate for different reasons, sometimes we want to work but we can't bring ourselves to doing the tasks. We procrastinate by scrolling through social media, doodling, taking a nap, whatever you like. But sometimes, people (like me) procrastinate because this certain task actually gives us anxiety and the rising panic attack makes it difficult to focus on the task we wish to perform. Therefore, it is sometimes easier to actually do tasks in short bursts especially when procrastination takes hold of you. Write just one line of your essay/report/ code. Just one line. Reading one paragraph is better than nothing. These little acts allow getting your momentum going. I hope you find this helpful, love!

Procrastinating is very normal and most people from time to time engage in this behavior that while not very effective grant them a sense of a break from an activity that for some reason they wish not to engage in. The issue with procrastination is that a. whatever needs to be accomplished is not performed and b. the person engaging in this behavior feels a sense of guilt and the energy invested in feeling bad for not doing what they perceive as needed done takes a lot of extra time and energy. There is of course a c. which is the relationships with other people that can be ruined. So yes, normal but potentially damaging.
