I am feeling a bit frustrated with my life. I do not know how to keep moving forward no more. Please advice?

Take it one day at a time, Break down the steps, and moving forward becomes easier! It also helps to trust ourselves and be compassionate to our progress.
I'm currently feeling very stuck too and having a hard time moving forward. But my daily motto is to take it one day at a time. I have been making my steps easier and when I complete them I thank myself and am grateful for my strength.
Getting out of bed. Making breakfast for myself. Going for exercise. Sending a few emails. Reaching out to friends. It seems everytime I do something it adds some momentum to my steps and helps me to move easier. Even if someday I wake up and have a hard time doing anything, I try to break down the steps and be compassionate to myself. It will get easier for us :)
