Do you even want to accept that fact? Change is often achieved in small steps and with a lot of persistance. Therefore in the short run it may seem as if your efforts are in vain, which is frustrating. Many great ideas once were belittled or hindered, yet the people behind them refused to give up. They tried again, and again. They tried new strategies, not even knowing whether they would succeed this time.
You seem to struggle with your current situation. What would make things better for you? How would you describe an imaginary situation where you no longer feel the need for change? What troubles you most? In case it's still impossible for you to actually solve that problem, what feels like a way for you to improve one small aspect of it?
