Life is painful. Someone said, when you think you are going through hell, keep going. The only way out of hurt is through the hurt. Feeling hurt and avoiding hurt is like getting stuck in quicksand and trying desperately to crawl out. The harder you try, the deeper you get sucked in. You don't want to get hurt and that mindset makes you seek hurt everywhere. You avoid it so hard. And you end up getting it. To the point your subconscious mind tries harder to make you get hurt. On the other hand, hurt makes you grow exponentially. When you were a baby, toothing hurt so bad. And you cried so hard. Then one new tooth was out. Later more teeth were out. Every time one was about to pop up. You had to bear the hurt and you cried. Do you think it's worthy? Either way there is a legitimate to call baby food gross. And you don't need to taste it unless something really bad happens to you.
