Why do I feel numb all the time? I'm constantly faking my emotions during interactions with people so they don't think im a bad person. I only feel very short term extreme emotions but very rarely.

This sounds like the result of severe or prolonged depression. This could also be a result of trauma or some sort of abuse, especially something ongoing. It also sounds like Anti-social Personality Disorder, although I see this as less likely than this being a result of depression because this disorder means a lack of empathy and not a lack of overall emotions. Depression definitely includes the symptom described much better. I am not a professional but I have a decent knowledge in this field. I hope my insight is helpful, although without more background information it is difficult to pinpoint the exact cause.
i'm worried about my friend's mental health. Everyone views him as rude but no one ever praises him for anything and lash out at him all the time, so he responds. How can I help the situation?

I’m feeling suicidal, but I have no one to talk to. I can’t call any hotlines or anything like that because of my severe social phobia and there doesn’t seem to be anywhere I can chat to someone. Where can I get some help and feel safe doing this?
