54321, rainbow grounding, and just about any grounding skill really. Those are the ones that help me. Some other ideas are putting ice on your wrist and letting it melt, having sour food, shocking the senses, etc. I suggest doing anything that brings you back to reality. You can take a walk, meditate, whatever it takes as long as it a positive coping skill. Sometimes all you can do is wait it out, or ride the wave. If its anxiety-provoking then I suggest doing breathing skills to calm yourself down and collect yourself. I know dissociation is a struggle and I wish you the best.

I’m feeling suicidal, but I have no one to talk to. I can’t call any hotlines or anything like that because of my severe social phobia and there doesn’t seem to be anywhere I can chat to someone. Where can I get some help and feel safe doing this?
