My friend knows she would benefit from therapy but cannot afford it atm and her partner would only support under the condition that she will be "fixed" within short time. How to help?

That is compassionate of you to care and want to help her get the help she needed. Since it is not possible for her to get help from a professional for the time being, she can try some self-help resources available on 7 Cups.
Aside from 1 on 1 chat with a listener, she can check out self-help page, Growth Path that fits her, read some relevant articles, join relevant sub community and participate in Group Support chats. Healing takes time and there is no magical way. It will take her to make the efforts but hopefully she will see progress in time. Hope it helps a bit.

I’m feeling suicidal, but I have no one to talk to. I can’t call any hotlines or anything like that because of my severe social phobia and there doesn’t seem to be anywhere I can chat to someone. Where can I get some help and feel safe doing this?
