Just asking but is it normal that I've had occasional suicide thoughts since I was like 4, and they're becoming more and more common. Should i seek help?

I think you should go see someone about it, and see if they can help you in any way. Just try and stay safe until you can get some help.

If you're having suicidal thoughts you should definitely reach out for help and let someone close to you know about these thoughts, even if they are occasional and come and go. The fact that they are becoming more common suggests that you need support now more than ever and you shouldn't feel ashamed or afraid to reach out for help. There will always be someone willing to listen to you whenever you need to talk about this or anything else on your mind that could perhaps be contributing to these thoughts. Don't be ashamed in feeling what you are feeling and reach out.

If you're worried about anything, it's best to seek help. Even talking to someone can help a lot, especially if it's something that's been going on for a long time.
As they're becoming more and more common, it's probably a good idea to see if you can talk to anyone about them - someone qualified, such as a therapist or psychologist. The fact that you're considering seeking help is good enough reason to look into it.
That being said, if at any point you do have suicidal thoughts, I strongly recommend that you reach out to a suicide hotline in your area. The details of these hotlines are readily available online and are searchable by region.
Whatever you choose to do, I hope you stay safe. :)

I'm really sorry that you have to go through that :( I understand that sometimes life can be hard and it kind of pushes us a little bit to the edge. I read it somewhere that for most people, it's quite common to have suicidal thought once or twice during their lifetime. So it's definitely not a frequent thing. So if it happens more than that and you feel like it's getting more and more common, i highly suggest you to seek help as soon as possible. It's better to be safe before you can actually "get there". Hope you're going to be fine buddy!

I’m feeling suicidal, but I have no one to talk to. I can’t call any hotlines or anything like that because of my severe social phobia and there doesn’t seem to be anywhere I can chat to someone. Where can I get some help and feel safe doing this?
