I've seen all the doctors and taken all their pills and probably seen a dozen therapists... and I don't feel any better. Anyone have a suggestion on what I should try next?

Meditation, yoga, music, art, sports, reading, writing, any creative and physical activity you enjoy doing. Maybe Kite-flying.
The goal is to do the things which once in your childhood or in your teenage gave you unconditional happiness. Maybe for a split second, but doing the very same things we did when we didn't care about anything (like work or studies or medicines or bills), makes us realize that we can be happy and content and moreover that we deserve to be happy and content.
Maybe you liked dancing or video games or Go-Kart or ice-cream. Everyone likes ice-cream. Try that. Take it easy. Don't make it complicated. Take one day at a time.
Take care. Stay safe!

One size does not fit all. Often it takes several trials before finding the right therapist. Also, with medications, there is sometimes a 4-8 weeks time period before the effects are observed. Do not lose hope, try finding a therapist that has expertise in your particular domain of concern. Also, both counseling and medication take a lot of time to show changes. It must be hard having to wait, it gets quite hopeless, but seek support from family while you are able to find the right therapist. You should also discuss your medications with your doctors to see if they'd like to change medications.

You've taken pills and you've seen therapists, but have you done any work to try to get better?
If you don't put in the effort, you won't improve.
Therapy is hard- it's not just talking (and if that's all your therapists have done, then get new ones, because every therapist I've had [I've moved 6 times in my life] has made me do actual work and put in an effort).
Also, medication and therapy take time (weeks, sometimes months) to even start working.
Talk to your therapist about your concerns that things aren't working.
Help yourself.
I don't know your diagnosis, so I can't give specific suggestions, but CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) helps a lot. There are CBT workbooks you can buy at Amazon or a bookstore. Sometimes you can find CBT worksheets online.
There's also worksheets and workbooks for DBT (which is a form of CBT) which helps some people (it was mainly used to treat Borderline Personality Disorder, but many people with anxiety and/or depression or other disorders benefit from it).
Keep up with self-care.
Practicing mindfulness can help.
