I've come across a lot of problems with my well-being and I'm starting to think that its tied to ADD, depression, social anxiety. But I don't know how to ask my parents or anyone for help. Any advice?

It's ok to not know how to approach family and friends with such a sensitive topic but you have entered an environment that understands and sympathizes. This a safe place for you and many others.
