I don't know whether this is normal or not, but I can assure you it is not only you that felt this way. There were times when I felt the same thing as you.
You are not alone in this.

It's completely normal to feel a whole range of emotions and sometimes it can be overwhelming to talk to someone about it. If you don't feel comfortable talking to anyone, some people find writing a diary helps. Finding some way to express your emotions, by talking about them or another way like writing or drawing can help make it less overwhelming and more manageable and it can help make sense of everything that you are feeling. The most important thing to remember is that everyone deals with their emotions in different ways, so it just takes time to find ways that work best for you.

This is completely normal. You are human. You are someone created so intricately and wonderfully. Those feelings are ones that we all feel at some moment in our lives. It's hard to knock some understandably. However, I firmly believe that you are capable of retraining your thoughts to help overcome those unwanted feelings. Words of affirmation always seem to work for me. I have a voice note that I can listen to whenever I am feeling down. The words you desire to hear or the feelings you desire to feel, you can create one yourself and think positive thoughts. Thinking is beautiful! But it's WHAT you're thinking that is the most important.
