I have quite a few mental health issues such as bipolar, schizophrenia, and borderline personality disorder. How am I supposed to be successful if I can't get motivated?

First, know that your mental health issues do not define you. Although you may be dealing with these issues, that does not determine your success. If you don't believe me, you could try doing a quick search of successful people who also deal with your problems.
My advice would be to try to think of some positive adjectives to describe yourself. I don't know who you are, but some examples might be caring, loyal, or creative. Coming up with these positive adjectives can help you remember your strengths, and increase your confidence in your abilities. Know that you are capable of whatever you would like to achieve; the only thing left is for you to break it down into steps and actually do it.
I hope that helps. Good luck!

It can be hard to get motivated when mental illness can seem like a barrier to goals and success. You are so brave and resilient for wanting to keep fighting. Motivation can come from breaking down major goals into bite sized, managable chunks that can be tackled one by one. It can be hard to put up the good fight when there's stigma against mental illness and the hard, real pain of battling mental illness. I believe you are here asking this question for a reason. Everyone has their setbacks and success can be defined many different ways. What does success mean to you?
i'm worried about my friend's mental health. Everyone views him as rude but no one ever praises him for anything and lash out at him all the time, so he responds. How can I help the situation?

I’m feeling suicidal, but I have no one to talk to. I can’t call any hotlines or anything like that because of my severe social phobia and there doesn’t seem to be anywhere I can chat to someone. Where can I get some help and feel safe doing this?
