Have you noticed any changes or stressful situations in your life recently? If you're unsure why you're sad, perhaps a doctor appointment may help. Ultimately, it is up to you and no one else can decide this for you. Try to talk out your feelings with a trusted listener or friend to see if that might help you get a clearer sense of why you are feeling sad or angry. If there is no clear cause, or if you still feel unsure if your negative feelings are directly from a situation that can be resolved, a doctor may be able to help you reflect on what might work to help you manage your emotions moving forward.

I’m feeling suicidal, but I have no one to talk to. I can’t call any hotlines or anything like that because of my severe social phobia and there doesn’t seem to be anywhere I can chat to someone. Where can I get some help and feel safe doing this?
