I completely understand feeling hung up or stuck in a loop and not able to move forward. You are the expert on your own life, but sometimes we hav trouble coming up with the “answersâ€. Often when there is something we can’t move past, it’s something our mind keeps bringing to our attention so we can address it, heal it, move forward from it, or use it. Its feet that you have the awareness of this! Try to be kind and gentle with yourself. You might brainstorm some ways to seek some support as you work through this. Having someone else to listen could be really helpful. The process of talking through those thought loops with someone else may give you some insight or help you to view these questions in a new way so you can think more creatively about what you can do to move forward.
