By definition, a behavior becomes a problem when it interrupts normal aspects of your life like socializing, hygiene, work and hobbies, school ect. If you are having trouble managing relationships or holding a job because of anger then you have a problem. Practicing mindfulness can be helpful to becoming aware of your anger before it's out of control. Know when to walk away from a situation before you have an outburst and be clear on boundaries with people. You should probably see a therapist who will screen you for anger management issues and be able to give you behavioral therapy. Good luck!

Outward aggression including shouting, swearing, or being physically violent and threatening towards your environment. While everyone gets angry at certain points in their lives, it is important to know the difference between occasionally becoming frustrated or angry at home or work, and frequently feeling your emotions boil over to the point where it is impacting your relationships with family members or colleagues, and even affecting them mentally or physically.
