Going to therapy is very scary situation, not only is it interacts with a stranger but also digging up things you may not feel comfortable with speaking or remembering. You should be proud of yourself that you are feeling able too take this step,it’s a very big step and huge achievement for you. Also rest assured that anything you discuss in therapy is confidential and strictly none judgmental opinions or advice given. Also try understand why you are wanting to do this. This will help you see you are in need of support and accept your honesty in wanting to make a difference in your life. Any therapy you will be treated with respect and care. Attending therapy is nothing to be ashamed of and a lot of people who feel the same as you do, go to therapy for the same reason as you. You are wanting to make the best of your life and help yourself with a struggle and that’s an amazing way to help you be the best you can. Well done for been brave. I’m proud of you ðŸ‘ðŸ»
