I would recommend seeking help from a licensed mental health clinician. I choose to view diagnoses as a name for a cluster of certain symptoms. It can be helpful to have a diagnosis to describe how your symptoms affect you, to get specialized help and support from a clinician, and perhaps even to understand your symptoms better. It is not unusual for mental health concerns to span several areas. You are not alone and you are worthy of receiving help and support. I encourage you to reach out to a licensed mental health clinician to begin guiding you in a healthy direction.

My suggestion would be to consult a qualified counselor. They will be able to provide you with a safe place where you can discuss what you are going through, without the fear of being judged. after listening to you they will be able to guide you through the next steps. they are qualified to carry out psychological tests as well, to help better understand the extent of what you are feeling. It will help you as well, to acknowledge what needs to be worked on so that you feel better and are not overwhelmed by the problems you are facing in different areas of your life.

First of all, coming to 7 cups is a huge first step! It is not easy to open up but by doing it you have made a huge step in the right direction. I think chatting with listeners and exploring some of the wonderful resources that 7 cups have would be a good place to start. We have amazing guides and courses that cover various different topics. Hopefully, by doing this you can gain some clarity on your situation. In addition, talking to a listener can help you better understand what you are feeling. I hope this helped and good luck!

I’m feeling suicidal, but I have no one to talk to. I can’t call any hotlines or anything like that because of my severe social phobia and there doesn’t seem to be anywhere I can chat to someone. Where can I get some help and feel safe doing this?
