How can I figure out all my triggers when I seem to have so many? Are there real noticable signs to this?

figuring out your triggers takes time, love, patience, and self-awareness. it takes lots of time for you to get to know yourself, your body, and your mind. as you start getting to know yourself, pay attention to how your body reacts to things. the thoughts that race in your head. where do you feel certain emotions in your body? do you feel sadness in your shoulders? anxiety in your chest, in your racing heart? stress in your jaw and neck? watch out for things like this, however they may appear to you, and if you run into something that makes you feel like that, take note of it. ask yourself how you're feeling. if you can, ask why. this process takes time, like it always does, but it can help you get to know yourself and your triggers in a healthy, constructive way.
