Yes, I’ve tried talking to AI about feelings but just Noni on 7 Cups and ChatGPT. Noni on 7 Cups is great for providing structured emotional support, self-help guidance, and mental health check-ins. It checks in with you on its own too which helped me try it more briefly here and there. I liked its thoughtful and encouraging responses. It helped me self-reflect but I didn't use it for very complex topics as it also has a limit for the free usage. ChatGPT is always fun to have conversations with. Its good at problem solving and offering coping strategies to plan out.
