Are these issues affecting your daily life? If so, how bad does it affect it?
Anxiety is a common occurrence for most people and is how we deal with stressful situations. However, the part of the brain that produces the stress hormones can sometimes overreact causing those anxious thoughts. How often do these anxious and low self-esteem thoughts occur? If they occur a lot then it might be a sign that you have this disorder.
What ways can you think of to help cope with these anxious thoughts? Do you think this is just anxiety or is there a bigger thing causing all of this?

It does seem like that you are struggling with your mental health according to these feelings and symptoms you have shared; and that is a common experience many individuals face in their life currently or at some point. It is okay to have these feelings, and recognizing them is a first step in understanding yourself better. These feelings can be difficult to understand and navigate, but there are ways to get help with these feelings to make them easier to deal with. It does not mean that there is something wrong with you by experiencing this.
