No, you aren't weak. Not being able to handle your problems isn't a sign of being weak. Some people just prefer to not handle them or don't know how to handle them. To me handling things is a skill you have to learn. take your time learning it though because you don't want to stress yourself out. it just takes time and that's it really. I'm pretty sure online have some skills you can use to cope with trying to handle them as well as on 7 cups. we are here for you everyone is. you are not alone and you'll never be weak.
i'm worried about my friend's mental health. Everyone views him as rude but no one ever praises him for anything and lash out at him all the time, so he responds. How can I help the situation?
