I don't know what that is. I just know that I have been in that kind of state often in my life. It may be anxiety. When it happens to me, I will excuse myself and have a break. My reasoning is if I can deal with it, I need to rest and relax and wait a bit to get comfortable enough to resume any communicate. It is okay. Everyone needs to pause a bit when they feel stressed. If the problem is bothering YOU much, find a good therapist to help you work through it. My thinking is anxiety.

I’m feeling suicidal, but I have no one to talk to. I can’t call any hotlines or anything like that because of my severe social phobia and there doesn’t seem to be anywhere I can chat to someone. Where can I get some help and feel safe doing this?
