What happens if I don't speak to anyone about my issues?
What do people mean by alone time? How can I have meaningful alone time?
Im in therapy for anxiety& PTSD. I have been getting worse. I feel like I'm in a dream and depressed. Is it normal to feel like this once you start opening up about your past after holding in for years?
Does therapy actually help? Like can it help with suicidal thoughts and extreme hopelessness? How do you know if therapy is for you?
Why am I losing interest in my sport for 3 years of high school and what I thought wanted to be my career path?
