Since he cheated on you before, he should feel lucky that you took him back and forgave him. For that reason, he should NOT take advantage of your trust again. I believe that the best thing to do in this situation is to have an open, honest conversation with him about the rumors. There is nobody that you should be talking to but him about these rumors. You should also asses if this is a safe relationship for you. Keep in mind that these patterns of cheating may continue and ultimately cause you pain for a very long time. Addressing these rumors directly with your boyfriend is a great first step and keeping in mind that, if they are true, it may be time to reconsider if this is a person you trust your heart with.
