I understand that you must be very confused and must feel frustrated about this. Parents can sometimes want too much and it’s easy to feel like you’re not enough. I sometimes feel that way too, but you have to remember that they love you no matter what. Parents are often very complicated to understand even though we spend so much time with them. Your parents want what’s best for you and you have to remember that as much as sometimes they seem disappointed they might actually just want what’s best for you without knowing how to express it. They love you

Feeling like you're disappointing everyone is pretty difficult, and I'm sorry you find yourself feeling that way. A few possibilities to consider: 1) "Everyone" has way higher expectations of you than is reasonable. If so, they're being unreasonable and mean. That's sad, but not much you can do other than keep trying your best and hope they wise up 2) "Everyone" has higher expectations for you than you have for yourself, and maybe you're really capable of doing more? Maybe they aren't speaking to you in the best possible way... but what if they're right and you're selling yourself short? 3) Maybe they're not setting the expectations too high, but maybe you're assuming they expect more from you than you're doing? Maybe they have other issues like feelings of inferiority, depression, etc. and are not even thinking about you and your abilities?
Either way, all you can ever do in life is the best in the situation you find yourself. I hope you're able to do that with as much peace as you can muster!

Everyone faces the same when they feel anxiety continue doing their job. Sometimes it is because of the continuous struggle or some failure... You should be positive all the time. I know it's hard to be positive all the time but you can try to be so. You can meditate or do some exercise on daily basis. I also think that you should try to be in a routine so life will be easier and you will not get any anxiety from continues doing the same thing. You will be able to manage your work with your hobbies too. It will help you to keep distance from the anxiety thing 😊
